Naner bread!

Just made some really great banana bread! I found a recipe from "Another One Bites The Crust", and I changed it quite a bit by cutting out alot of the sugar, and vegan butter, and using a healthier flour!

Little Health Monster Naner Bread:

Ingredients:
  • 3 very ripe mashed bananas
  • 1/8 cup softened vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup soy yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sucanat
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 cup spelt flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions:

Cook at 350. Make sure to grease your pan first. Mix the bananas, butter, sugar, agave, and yogurt first. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients! Cook for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry from the middle! Enjoy!!
